Bathrooms, Kitchens and Floors in Lake Oswego

I'm Brennan, and I do bathroom, kitchen and flooring remodels in Lake Oswego and around the Portland area. I'm the one who walks your house, writes your estimate, runs your job and does most of the work.

How a project runs

Here's how a job usually goes. You deal with me the whole way.

1
Walkthrough
I come out, look at the space, and we talk about what you want and what it'll take.
2
Written estimate
You get the scope and price in writing, broken out line by line so you can compare it to other bids.
3
The build
We start on the date we agreed on. You'll know who's in your house each day and what's getting done.
4
Final walkthrough
We walk through the finished work together, and I take care of every punch-list item before I call it done.
