Common questions
Can a basement room count as a bedroom?
Only if it meets code, which includes an egress window large enough to climb out of. We'll check your space at the walkthrough.
What about moisture?
We look for signs of water at the walkthrough. Any moisture issue needs to be fixed before a basement is finished.
