A shower with no grout lines to scrub

This shower uses large marble-look wall panels instead of small tile. They go up in a few big sheets, so there are almost no grout joints to stain or reseal.

Two stainless niches were set into the framing before the panels went on, so they sit flush with the wall.

  • Marble-look shower wall panels installed around a new shower base, before trim
Panels up, ready for the valve trim
  • Two recessed stainless steel niches set flush in marble-look shower panels
Finished niches, flush with the wall

Common questions

Tile or wall panels for the shower?

Tile gives you the most design options. Large-format panels go up faster and leave far fewer grout lines to clean. I can price both in your estimate so you can compare.

Who does the work?

Mostly me. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle their trades, and sometimes I bring in subs I trust to keep a job on schedule. I manage everyone on your job, all under one contract.

How long will my bathroom be out of service?

It depends on the scope. Your written estimate includes a schedule so you know before work starts.
